Eugene Plotkin currently serves as the Chairman of G.P. Investment Management, LLC. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer at G.P. Investment Management, LLC since 1998. Eugene Plotkin founded the company in 1998 and remained its CEO until 2012. Mr. Eugene W. Plotkin has been a director at G.P. Investments and G.P. Limited Liability Company since February 2006 and is also Chairman of both boards as well as Founder and President at Amorphous Capital Lp, which he founded in 2012 to diversify his business interests further into energy companies and technology startups focused on alternative energy.

He is a Co-Founder of Bluefield Hotels & Resorts, which started in 1997. Before that, Mr. Plotkin served as the President of Bluefield Hospitality and Development (from 2004 to 2006).
Eugene Plotkin earned a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Buffalo in 1969. He also holds a Master’s Degree from New York University.
Eugene W. Plotkin founded amorphous Capital Lp in 2012 to provide growth capital to private businesses in the United States, Israel, and Europe. In an interview with The Jerusalem Post, Mr. Eugene W.
