Anliesh Ahuja Has Aspiration for How the Future of the World Looks
Anilesh Ahuja has given up his job on Wall Street and returned home to India in order to help grow his newly-founded real estate empire. Ahuja aimed to utilize his Ivy League education in America to help build a real estate empire in his homeland. His 20 years of experience on Wall Street will do him very well in the real estate market as he builds a new kingdom and a new name for himself through philanthropic work in his new community by creating affordable housing for people wanting to live in Solitary Valley. Upon his return to Udder Pradesh, he was determined to build his new community in that city in order to provide affordable housing in a community where it seemed to be lacking the most.
Currently, 14,000 families are living in the gated community called Solitary Valley which spans more than 200 acres of space in Udder Pradesh. About 30% of those homes are specifically “ear-marked” for middle-to-lower-class individuals who would otherwise not be able to afford the luxury of living in a gated community. Of that 30% of the dwellings earmarked for the “average” income earner, 10% of those are marked for only the lowest income earners. These dwellings are in line with the percentages of housing that India requires to be affordable for the lower income earners and obey state laws in Udder Pradesh.
The community further pushes the conservation of our planet as another key point on their agenda. Taking care of our earth, while still taking care of people’s needs for housing, education, and jobs are among the most important goals that Anilesh Ahuja hopes to accomplish through his new community design.
