Later in the year, OSI Industries acquired a major stake in Baho Foods, a German company that supplied snacks, convenience foods, and deli meats; further enabling the company to expand its product and brand portfolios.

OSI Industries did not spare acquiring the renowned MPO Global Trade in 2013, a company located in Germany that focused on poultry products from Brazil and Thailand and supports both primary and secondary processing. This enabled OSI Industries acquire major control of MPO’S supply chain to cater for the diversified customer preferences.

UK Flagship Europe, a food supply company OSI Industries acquired in 2016, was a company that specializes in frozen poultry and sauces and is responsible for supplying enormous orders for commodities in Europe

OSI group is now in 18 countries globally with a vast product base that ranges from marinades, deli meats, quick meals, bakes snacks and fresh produce. In 2016, the British Safety Council presented the Globe of Honor Award to OSI industries for commendable Management of Environmental Risks.
