CEO Troy McQuagge Wins Illustrious Business Award

Troy McQuagge is the Chief Executive Officer of USHEALTH Group, Inc. One Planet Awards, which reviews candidates from around the world, named him as the 2016 Gold Winner as CEO Of the Year. This award is given to the best of the best and shows that the winner holds to the highest standards of business and professional excellence.

In 2010 Troy McQuagge came to USHEALTH Group with a mission to turn around the company starting with their captive distribution agency network. He was able to completely rebuild the network, called USHEALTH Group Advisors, and was rewarded with his current roles at the company as its President and CEO.

In regards to winning the CEO of the Year reward McQuagge thanked his staff and said that it was due to their efforts that he had won the award. He continued by stressing USHEALTH Groups commitment to providing affordable healthcare plans to their clients that can be customized to fit their individualized needs.

In 1982 Troy McQuagge earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida. He reached the executive level of management in 1996 when he was named the President of the Agency Marketing Group at HealthMarket. He served in this role until starting his work at USHEALTH Group. During his career he has developed an extensive skillset that includes managing start-ups, turning businesses around, and managing high growth companies such as USHEALTH Group. He has become an expert at developing corporate strategy and fostering a collaborative environment in which everyone reaches their full potential.

McQuagge has engaged in a number of philanthropic efforts over the year volunteering his time, expertise, and capital to nonprofits. One of the nonprofits he supports as a volunteer and with donations is the Semper Fi Fund wich provides critically needed resources for wounded, ill, and injured United States military service members. He also has volunteered his labor for the Phoenix of New Orleans which is a nonprofit that is helping to rebuild the city after the devasting floods that it experienced.
